Graveyard of Memories

(Verse 1)

In the shadows of our youth,

We forged friendships, unaware of the truth,

But as time's cold hands reached out,

We were scattered, lost in doubt.

One chose darkness, the rifle's embrace,

A final decision, erased without a trace,

Another fell victim to the silent thief,

Cancer, relentless, leaving us in grief.

(Chorus)

In this graveyard of memories,

Our hearts echo with shared melodies,

The candles flicker, but one by one,

Our dear friends vanish, until they're gone.

(Verse 2)

A soul, too sad to bear the weight,

Drowned in sorrow, succumbed to fate,

While another's heart, shattered and weak,

Broke and crumbled, no solace to seek.

Toiling endless hours, a martyr to the grind,

One met their end, a price too unkind,

Then came the one, lost in a twisted dance,

A tragic turn, a fatal car's romance.

(Chorus)

In this graveyard of memories,

Our hearts echo with shared melodies,

The candles flicker, but one by one,

Our dear friends vanish, until they're gone.

(Bridge)

A valiant soldier, off to distant lands,

Met their demise in the war's cruel hands,

And one who lost their family's embrace,

Could not endure, succumbed to time's race.

Seeking infamy, a treacherous quest,

Another craved darkness, no peace, no rest,

But in the end, they paid the price,

For infamy's venom, a deadly vice.

(Chorus)

In this graveyard of memories,

Our hearts echo with shared melodies,

The candles flicker, but one by one,

Our dear friends vanish, until they're gone.

(Outro)

In this mournful symphony, we stand,

Bound by the memories of a fading land,

We hold onto the love we've known,

As we walk these haunted paths, alone.
